Under Mark’s leadership, Apex has thrived as an Atlas Van Lines Agent, helping thousands of customers relocate locally, across the U.S., and internationally. 

Apex Moving + Storage is a family-owned business that has been serving clients in the middle Tennessee area for 100 years. During Mark’s tenure, our company has grown to be one of the most prominent commercial/office moving and logistics firms in the region. With some of the largest national accounts in Tennessee, we pack, load, and haul all of the transferees for those companies, domestically and globally.

That was our third time winning the prestigious award. 

Apex Moving + Storage also won the highly-coveted 2019 Moving & Storage Agent of the Year Excellence Award from the American Moving Association. Recognized for our commitment to outstanding customer service, leadership, innovation, and community involvement, Apex was selected by a panel of experts out of 2,000 eligible companies across the U.S. 

As a family-owned company with deep roots in Tennessee, it’s Mark’s philosophy that we all commit to meeting the needs of our community, clients, and employees. Acting on these values, Apex collects food from transferees’ pantries that are not going to be moved, and donates it to local food banks, supporting the efforts of the national organization, Move for Hunger. In 2019, Apex Moving + Storage was recognized as the #1 agent in the U.S. for Move for Hunger donations. Mark is a tremendous advocate for this cause on a personal level, too. He and his fiancée host pizza parties to reward the local schools and classes that collect the most items for food drives.

When disaster strikes, Apex is quick to respond. Last year, tornadoes did extensive damage in Tennessee. Many homes and businesses were destroyed. We provided boxes and free storage to help communities recover. Our movers searched through the rubble at schools to retrieve lockers and relocated them to other local schools for reassigned students. 

We also work with a local organization, Safe Haven Family Shelter, providing pro bono service to help the homeless in our community get into housing accommodations.
