Christine our scheduler and John are driver along with his crew were very professional. They were also very patient with me, when I post a lot of questions. The crew showed up on time, took great care loading our stuff. And they all were very polite and engaging. I would use them again, and would recommend them to anyone.
Beyond impressed
This was our first out of state move and to say we are impressed is an understatement. From our first initial quote with Ben to our delivery with Dave and his crew everything was amazing. Dave went above and beyond to pack and load up all of our stuff without breaking a single thing. Dave even delivered a day before he was suppose to because he knew we had two young children that wanted their beds. Ben and Shelby checked in on us every single day during the move. Even before the move they were always willing to he and answer any questions I had. This was a seamless amazing move and honestly the easiest part of leaving our home. We are so appreciative of all the hard work the teams did for us.

We have relocated several times and using Apex Moving and Storage was our best experience by far. We moved from Chicago to Nashville and the process was smooth, professional, and Apex removed all the stress from our move. I booked a move with Apex but then made other plans and had to cancel. They were wonderful from start to finish. Helpful, honest, supportive, and cooperative, even when I needed to cancel. If I were to use a moving company in the future I would definitely book with Apex.
Incredible Service
We have relocated for work 3 times using Apex and each move has been wonderful with Rhonda Harrington. She is knowledgeable, highly responsive, and always looks out for our best interests ensuring no matter what obsticle may arise on our end that we complete our move on time and within the budget. The customer service she provided us was wonderful beyond comparison. I would highly recommend that you use Apex andnask for Rhonda when you do so.
Wonderful Moe
Moving is always a very stressful situation and Apex came highly recommended to me for a move from a house to an apartment. They did not disappoint. Chris, Andrew and Kevin were three of the nicest, polite, hard working young men I have seen in a long time. They went way above and beyond on this move. They helped me so very much with things I did not even know how to do considering I am a widow. I would use this company again and again.
