A Very Well Coordinated Move
I couldn't be happier with the move from Colorado to Arizona. From the initial contact with Apex to the packing, loading, and unloading, everything went very well.
Nashville to Tampa
We moved from Nashville to Tampa at the end of January, our scheduler Christine was great as was the unload team in Tampa. Our only challenge was the loading in Nashville took much longer than anticipated but still overall it was a good move.
Excellent service, seamless move
The Apex team was outstanding. Christine Bald offered top-notch service. She was quick to troubleshoot any issues and respond to questions, and her follow up was impeccable. The driver and mover, Anthony and Chris, were terrific as well. They were efficient, thorough and clean! Overall, our out of state move was seamless. Highly recommend this A-Team at Apex!
Great Move
Overall the move went well. They showed up on time and did everything we asked of them. Cynthia Roberts did an exceptional job organizing it and working with the crew if there were any issues. We are very please with the service.
Great people to deal with
I cannot say thanks enough to Josh and Christine for their help, consideration and patience with my moving needs. They were above and beyond to accommodate my crazy moving date changes and everything else. I was unable to follow the packing crew but I met the driver and his crew when they delivered my belongings. They were all nice and friendly. My only issue was how my items were packed: I found pantry items mixed with bathroom utensils, living room objects mixed with clothes and other bedroom items; things that you do not expect to find when you hire a professional moving company to pack for you and move across the country. The fragile items were all very well wrapped so I did not find anything broken but the lack of description on the boxes made everything more difficult to organize from my end. They also did not assemble the guest bedroom bed as they should and I did not realize it until much later (but they pushed the bed frame against the wall to give the impression it was assembled, however it was not). One of my favorite chairs also broke while being transported. Overall if was a good experience but it could be much better if these issues have not come up.
Everything A Residential Move Should Be!
Apex did an unbelievable job. Having been corporate moved many times in my life, I know how a corporate paid, full service residential move, feels and costs. This move was a personally paid, full home move. Utilizing Apex was the best choice we could have made. Pricing was better than other in market companies and service exceeded expectations. It is apparent that everything that makes them an industry leader in corporate moving is shared in their residential services. Back office quoting for the move, confirming the day before, calling day of and following up post move, was on point. The quality of the move day personnel was nothing short of outstanding. On time, courteous, professional and hard working crew of three made the job look easy and took all the stress out of what anyone who has moved knows, is a stressful experience. I highly recommend Apex for residential moves and although I hope I am not moving again in the near future, would use without hesitation.
All aspects of move handled well
We are very pleased with the service and advice we received from Apex . This was my first move in 30 years which means I knew very little about what to do or expect. The advice from the people at Apex was so valuable. They took care of everything in a timely and professional manner. We recommend Apex 100% and plan to use them again next time we move.
Great Experience
I relocated from Atlanta to the Austin area and our relocation company chose Apex to move our household goods. Rhonda was great in coordinating our move date and following up throughout the process. Joey and Colby showed up on schedule and took great care to pack our household and deliver the goods to our new home in Austin. Apex was probably the easiest part of our whole relocation!
Excellent services
We moved from Huntsville, AL to a small town in SC. Dave and his team were an answer to prayer. I had had nightmares about our move to a small apartment and putting most of our belongings in a storage unit. They wrapped and took great care of our furniture and boxes. We had a miss communication about one piece of handmade furniture that was paced for storage but was to be in the apartment. They drove back to the apartment and moved it into place. No other movers would have been so understanding.. This moving company is worth the money spent.
