I can’t begin to say what a great experience we had with Apex. From our Relocation coordinator, Christine Bald to the entire moving team I am beyond impressed by their professionalism and their customer service. Christine contacted me every single day of our move to make sure everything was on schedule and I was pleased with the services. Tyler’s moving team was by far the best movers we’ve ever had and we move every 2 years due to my husband job. These 3 guys were so efficient and moved so fast when they packed and moved our stuff while keeping everything organized and protected. During these uncertain times during Covid-19 I was very concerned that my move would be cancelled but this team made it super stress free for a pregnant woman dealing with a huge life transition during an already uncertain time. When my movers heard that Best Buy was refusing to bring in my appliances and install them due to Covid-19 they went above their work duty and moved them in for me so I wouldn’t have them sitting on my front porch. This is truly amazing customer service and I applaud this company for putting their customers first and taking such good care of us during hard times. I would recommend Apex to anyone moving and would ask for this team again for any future moves. Thanks Apex!!!

I had a great experience with Apex for my move from GA to Toronto, ON. Rhonda was very communicative and helpful throughout the coordination process and Franco was a great, courteous driver. My belongings arrived quicker than I expected and all in the same condition. I would recommend them for any move.

I was extremely happy with the service we received from Apex moving service. Rhonda call and check on everything . Made sure everything was lined up. The mover showed up on time and the day went quickly. My furniture was delivered on time and the truck driver was very professional. All was very polite and took care in wrapping and packing my belongings. I would definitely use Apex in my next move, ?? thanks! Ps Rhonda could you send someone to pick up most of the boxes ??

Our coordinator was a dream!
Rhonda, our coordinator was a dream! The communication was constant and convenient. Our move went very smoothly. The movers were always on time and all of our things arrived in good condition. The only small thing I would pay more attention to next time is asking them to more accurately label the boxes, especially if they contain things from multiple rooms/areas.The mixed/vaguely labeled boxed makes unpacking more of a challenge. All-in-all though, it was a great overall experience and I would use them Apex/Atlas again!
