We recently relocated from KY to TN, and used Apex to move all our belongings. The entire process was easy and quick! Two men packed and loaded our entire house (a 4 bedroom, with two kids!) in basically a day, then unloaded in our new house in just a matter of hours. It was amazing! They were very careful in packing and loading, nothing was damaged or broken. In what would have probably taken us weeks to do, Apex did in a matter of hours. Everyone involved was very professional, nice and extremely helpful. We would definitely recommend Apex to anyone who needs to move.

This was the easiest move we have ever done!!! Atlas took down and packed our beds and tables. They set them back up. We were able to unpack about 80% of our boxes while they unloaded the truck! They packed everything very well. We had one small damage, but everything else was fine! Highly recommend!

We have moved a lot! This time, we moved from Florida to Tennessee and had our belongings in storage for about a month. Christine did a great job keeping in contact with us throughout the process and answering any questions or concerns we had. While the rest of the process went smoothly (or so we thought) with the packers in FL only taking 2 days to pack and load us instead of 3, we found out that their speediness was NOT. A good thing when our things were delivered. We have never in all the times we have moved seen such poor packing of items or not even bothering to pack items in furniture at times! (We were told they would pack everything since it would be going to storage.) We had quite a bit of items and furniture broken or damaged.?? For the first time, we have had to file a claim for damages. I just hope that Apex snd Atlas stands behind their business and repairs/replaces things they damaged.

Excellent, efficient, friendly, punctual, professional, caring, helpful, willing to go the extra mile...I could continue to go on describing the positive attributes of Brian and his Huntsville & Atlanta crew but that would take more time than many have time to read. I truly appreciated how your company took a potentially stressful event and made it manageable. I thank you for the extra care you took in helping to secure packing assistance when I was trying to find a place to live while also trying to relocate to another state and find a skilled nursing facility for my mom who was too ill to endure the long drive not to mention having to prepare to start a new job in just 3 days after my move! Jeremy and his crew did a fantastic job of packing and loading and delivering! He was on time or early every time. He communicated with me often and clearly. He is an all business mover and loves his job. He also knows how to enjoy the people he meets. Marcy got within 400# of our move weight without ever seeing our home. It was not just a lucky guess. She knows her stuff. Sonya has been a great help in the whole process too.
