Very good experience. Excellent service from the very beginning. Extremely attentive and personal with lots of follow-up. Very quick on revisions of estimate based on changing circumstances. And we are very grateful for the flexibility in scheduling as our timelines changed. Good care was taken on packing and loading and unloading. The team on both ends worked quickly and efficiently with appropriate care for our belongings. With a more a than 19,000 lbs. move the only damage was cracks in two plastic storage tubs. All said, we had a very positive experience and would highly recommend Apex Nashville.
Very Professional Company and staff
We highly recommend Apex Moving Company. The experience was very professional from beginning to end. The company provided a free quote for both of our moves, kept in contact the day of the move, the movers were professional and treated our belongings with care. There were two minor dings on two tables, but nothing to be concerned about. We brought that up on our second move and the furniture was wrapped and moved to accommodate our request. We had a minor issue on the first move with a leader, but the issue was dealt with immediately to our satisfaction. I highly recommend Apex and I would use again to move. They are slightly more expensive than other companies, but you get what you pay for. They are worth the peace of mind.

Best moving company ever!
Apex should be the benchmark for how all moving companies should operate. From receiving a quote until the last box was put in the house it was truly a flawless experience. Ben and Christine went above and beyond when my move date had to be rescheduled with less than a days notice. I work in the packing/moving industry and have seen a lot to know Apex truly knows what they are doing. Delivery team was so kind and careful with all of our items. We have a new build and they covered the floors and staircase to ensure nothing would be damaged. I seriously cannot say enough good things, I would 100% recommend this company and will use them again!
