Great Experience
My experience with Apex was very good. The initial intake process was thorough and they were wonderful to work. The movers showed up on time, were kind, helpful and very hard workers. Christine and Ben were both wonderful to check in on move days to see how everything was going. The movers, John, David, Reggie and Andy made the actual move much less stressful than I was anticipating. I would definitely recommend Apex.

Apex was top notch. I really appreciate the responsiveness I received from the entire team and the moving crew was very professional and worked hard non-stop to get the job done quickly and with care.
Knocked it out the park again
We used the Nashville office for our first move and it was perfect, FL to TN, we decided to use them twice more, TN to TX and now TX to OH, but we always use the team from Nashville and our fabulous contact Rhonda. There’s just something that little bit special about the people of Tennessee, they made it home for me and we will be back. Rhonda always makes the move for us stress free, co-ordinated and it always goes without a hitch, she really is amazing. On our first move our head packer was Mac, not a single broken or lost item. So for our 2nd move we requested Mac again. It was a seem-less move, our driver was Mike Lee, fantastic guy and it was like we’d just seen Mac the week before. This last move we contacted Rhonda and request her help again. Our driver was Lemar Gilbert, focused, on point and such a nice friendly guy. Our head packer was David, again, he was efficient, friendly, and that guy can sing, he’s going places. We arrived in OH, Lemar arrived when he said he would and everything was there, it was easy. I've used this company twice since 2020 for two multi-state moves and the service was top notch from Rhonda in the office to the drivers, packers and movers at my homes. They make it as easy as this process could possibly get and the customer service is second to none. I'd recommend them to anyone.

The move occurs very well. The people were very professional and open to any of my inquiries. When the movers came they were also very professional and packed everything well. They also delivered every single item of my belonging at my apartment and were truly kind.

Well worth it..........
Been moved couple of weeks now and still digging out, but wanted to get a review out there. Christine following up and checking on the move, load over the 2 days, and Crew Leader - James, all did a terrific job. James handled and the extra's without pause and went above and beyond to make a stressful move go oh so smoothly. The money was well spent and could not have done it without them. This is the second time using Apex, if I move again, will definitely be reaching out to them again.
Great service
Apex packers and movers did a great job packing up my house. They were very professional and careful with wrapping and packing. Everything was intact when we unpacked. They were just as good unloading, they were care bringing everything in the house. Careful not to mess up anything. Very friendly, and hardworking crews

Ben, Rhonda, and their team helped me immensely. It was the busiest season of the year, I had a tight timeline, and I was starting a brand new career moving from Tennessee to Texas, and them and their team really delivered for me.
